Description of the tool

This tool sets the map extent to the initial geographic area that was used when the map opens.The  The initial geographic area can be a subarea of the entire geographic area (which is shown with the Full Extent button).

How to use the tool

Prerequisite:

None.

Steps:
  1. Press the Initial Extent tool button button.

  2. The map will update to show the initial extent of the geographic area.
