The Map is not at the largest possible scale.
Steps:
- Press the Fixed Zoom In tool.
- The map scale is changed and the map is zoomed in, showing a more detailed view.

- If it has been configured on your display, you can get the same result by pressing the + button on the Pan/Zoom Bar (which is normally shown on the left of the Map Window).
