Note

Time filtering with SQL Server

If when filtering data from a SQL Server database you receive errors about the data types time and datetime being incompatible you can resolve this by setting sendTimeAsDatetime to false as a parameter in the connection URL, e.g.

<jdbc:datasource id="sqlserver"> <driver>com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver</driver> <url>jdbc:sqlserver://sqls2014:1433;databaseName=GIS;sendTimeAsDatetime=false</url> <username>gisrw</username> <password>ENCTXTJJPCQPAJUCKKMABFJEBZJAKFCXGME</password> </jdbc:datasource>
