Fixed Zoom Out

Description of the tool

This tool allows the user to change the map scale to a smaller scale at fixed intervals, it will double the area of the current extent. 

How to use the tool

Prerequisite:

Map is not at the smallest scale.

Steps:

1. Press the Fixed Zoom Out tool button
   
    
2. The map scale is changed and the map is drawn at a smaller scale, showing a less detailed view.

3. You can get the same result by pressing the - (minus) button on the Pan/Zoom Bar (which is normally shown on the left of the Map Window).
