Description of the tool

This tool allows you to create Redline objects by entering coordinates as text.

How to use the tool

PREREQUISITE:

None

STEPS:

  1. Click on the Redline Create tool.

     

  2. The Geometry window is displayed with the options for entering the Redline object coordinates. Choose the options that match the coordinates you have.

     

  3. Enter the coordinates by typing into the Coordinates box, or pasting the coordinate values into that box.

     

  4. Press the Update button.

     

  5. The new Redline object will be drawn on the map. If the new Redline is not in the map area, the map will zoom so that it appears on the map.
